The News Forum is a Canadian broadcast station with a mandate to provide viewers with politically balanced domestic and international perspectives, inclusive of voices from all walks of life — right, left and everyone in between. We exist to provide a platform: - Where ideas are explored and approaches to challenges facing our nation are discussed - Where all voices are heard, and where people can respectfully engage to resolve issues and create a more civil society - With a commitment to encouraging a national platform, with freedom of conscience and expression for all The News Forum values the inclusion of multiple voices and viewpoints. We believe that information must be presented with integrity, and in a manner which is helpful to Canadians when forming their own opinions.

Nima Rajan
Nima Rajan is an experienced news anchor, video journalist, digital editor and content producer. Born in Chandigarh, India, Nima immigrated to Canada as a young child and was raised in Toronto. Nima is happy to be back home in TO and is an advocate for finding the truth behind the headlines and presenting all perspectives involved.
Nima isn’t afraid of pushing boundaries and asking tough questions. She has been recognized by the Rhema Foundation of Canada, awarded the Women Hero Award by the Indo-Canadian Arts and Culture Initiative for her documentary on sex trafficking in Ontario, and was recently nominated for the Peace Through Education Award by the International Peace Awards for her work against sex trafficking.
